1. Services
Awan Digital Solutions provides digital engineering services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, e-commerce engineering, and technical consultation. Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
2. Discovery Call
The 45-minute discovery call is a complimentary consultation. It is exploratory in nature and does not constitute a binding agreement. No services are rendered during the discovery call.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work product are transferred to the client. Awan Digital Solutions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined per project in the statement of work. Typical terms require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per agreed milestones. All payments are non-refundable after work has commenced.
5. Limitation of Liability
Awan Digital Solutions' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Pakistani law.
